At the helm of Immocorp Capital is Gilbert Benhamou, a visionary real estate developer and the firm’s Founding Principal. For over two decades, Gilbert has played a defining role in shaping the South Florida skyline, overseeing over $2 billion in real estate transactions and delivering more than $600 million in condo sales. His expertise spans large-scale urban developments, mixed-use destinations, luxury residential towers, and hospitality assets. Known for his hands-on approach, Gilbert combines deep financial acumen with a sharp eye for design, functionality, and city-building.
Under his leadership, Immocorp has become synonymous with thoughtful development—where architectural ambition meets community impact. Vice President
Bryan Benhamou is Vice President at Immocorp Capital, where he leads key aspects of the firm’s growth — including acquisitions, capital strategy, and investor relations. He is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, structuring complex deals, and managing relationships with financial institutions and equity partners.
In addition to his investment leadership, Bryan plays an active role in guiding the execution of major real estate developments, overseeing planning, budgeting, and delivery to ensure every project meets Immocorp’s performance and design standards.
With a strong focus on value creation, disciplined execution, and long-term vision, Bryan helps drive Immocorp Capital’s continued expansion across South Florida.
Jeremy Benhamou
Vice President of Development
Jeremy Benhamou is Vice President of Development at Immocorp Capital, where he oversees project execution across the firm’s U.S. and international portfolio. He leads all phases of development — from property inspections and permitting to design coordination and construction delivery — with a focus on precision, efficiency, and long-term value.
Jeremy currently heads the Miami Gardens City Center project, a 36-acre mixed-use development that will serve as a vibrant anchor for retail, residential, entertainment, and civic life. He is also leading Immocorp’s expansion into the Caribbean through a new resort and residential project in the Dominican Republic.
