Immocorp Capital purchased the Common Wealth Building downtown to redevelop the current building into the “OD Hotel Downtown” by demolishing the existing seven-story building and developing a 17-story, 4-star hotel with 170 rooms. It is valued at 105 million dollars at completion, including the land. The Development time will take 18 months and an additional 12 months to stabilize once completed.
