Immocorp Capital purchased and is currently in a joint venture to redevelop the Holiday Inn into 80 stories luxury condo/hotel/office tower. It is valued at 400 million at completion with the cost of land. The project is estimated to be developed within 36 months, with an additional 18 months to stabilize once completed.
